Heidi’s Cottage is owned by Petra and Heidi Heleniak (Petra named the store, just like she named her daughter!). Since 2004, we’ve been that gift boutique nestled under the shadow of the Watchung Mountains, in the small village of Dunellen, NJ.

(Nearby towns: Bound Brook, Bridgewater, Green Brook, Middlesex, North Plainfield, Piscataway, Plainfield, Somerville, South Plainfield, Warren, and Watchung).

It’s filled with supercute things for your home or to give as friends (Customers have told us that often something that was purchased as a gift didn’t get to the final destination “They wouldn’t appreciate as much as I do…”). The store reflects a combined style from the two of us… Heidi is more Midcentury meets 40s Vintage meets Victoriana. Petra’s more French Country meets Americana meets European Handcrafts. We’ve thrown in some Primitives and of course some Jersey Shore. The magazines are calling it “Country-politan” or “Modern Country Style”… but whatever it is, we like it and our customers do too!

Our store is filled with unique jewelry, candles, stationery, home decor and more. We are constantly changing our inventory (so you’ll need to stop by often!).
